Introduction:

Concelebrated Mass

The Mass is a communal celebration of the redemtive sacrifice of Jesus Christ reaching its greatest expression through the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.  Please join us in worship.  Catholics are required to attend Mass every Sunday and other Holy Days of Obligation. We are encouraged to participate in the Mass on other days as well. We welcome others of all faiths to join us in prayer and worship.

Other opportunities to participate in the sacramental life offered by the Church which are also regularly scheduled are the sacraments of Reconcilliation (Confession), Marriage and Baptism of Infants.

Children who are seeking to grow in faith and who wish to work towards receiving the sacraments of First Communion and Confirmation should contact our Religious Formation Center .

Adults and Young Adults who wish to either become Catholics or who wish to complete the Sacraments of Initiation, First Communion and Confirmation, may wish to join our RCIA Program. More information can be found at rcia.stpatricksmithtown.org or by calling the Rectory at 631-265-2271.
