Introduction:

St. Patrick Parish is a vibrant community with many special events and programs taking place throughout the year. Some events and programs are ongoing, while others are seasonal. Below you will find a listing of some of the major recurring events and programs at St. Patrick parish. From year-to-year, additional one-time or new activities may arise, so please make sure to watch our home page or keep up with the parish bulletin for updates and details.

On-Going Parish Events and Programs:

Adult Faith Formation - classes are held throughout the year.
Altar Gifts - Arrange a memorial for Altar Bread and Wine.
Calling All Alumni - We ask St. Patrick School Alumni to register with us for updates on your school and parish.
In the Neighborhood - A listing of local events that may be of interest to our parishioners.
Pray for Our Troops - Parishioners and their families and loved ones are serving our country at home and overseas. Please pray for them.
Pro-Life Rose Dedication - Dedicate a Pro-Life Rose for any intention. Support the dignity of life.
Service Opportunities - Opportunities to live our Christian faith, a life of service and love, are posted here.
Youth Community Programs Our Youth Community sponsors many programs for spiritual, athletic and educational development of our youth.

Monthly or Bi-Monthly Parish Events & Programs:

Bottles for Babies Collection - “Kids for Life” ask that you donate the monies redeemed for recycled bottles and cans every fourth weekend after or before Mass.
Faith on Tap - is a diocese sponsored series of faith building events for young adults in a casual pub setting.
First Saturday Devotion - to Our Lady through the Rosary every first Saturday.
Hungry and Homeless - A collection during the first weekend of the month for those less fortunate who are in need of basics of food, clothing and shelter.
Nocturnal Adoration Society - holds a monthly night of prayer every third Saturday and Subday of the month.
Pro-life Holy Hour - is kept on the third Tuesday of every month to pray for and celebrate the gift of life.
Pro-Life Family Monthly Meeting - is held on the last Tuesday of the month.
Rosary Altar Society Monthly Meeting - is held on the first Monday of the month.
Rosary Makers Monthly Meeting - is held on the first Friday of the month.
Singles Fellowship - meets on the third Sunday of the month after the 9 AM Mass.
Something for Seniors - Bi-weekly meeting for Seniors looking for fellowship, activities, speakers and more.
Wedding Vow Renewals and Blessings - are offered every first Sunday for those celebrating an anniversary that month.

Annual Parish Events and Programs:

Beach Mass - is held every September and is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus.
Car Raffle - is held during the spring of every year.
Car Show - is held by St. Patrick School every spring.
Golf Outing - is held every fall.
Knights of Columbus Donald J. Burns Scholarship - is an essay competition open to members and family of the Knights and Columbiettes.
Parent’ Guild Fall Festival and Craft Fair - is presented by the St. Patrick School Parents’ Guild during the fall season.
Parents’ Guild Mum Sale - is presented by the St. Patrick School Parents’ Guild during September to support St. Patrick School.
Parents’ Guild One Stop Christmas Shopping - is presented by the St. Patrick School Parents’ Guild during the Advent season.
Parents’ Guild Restaurant Showcase - is presented by the St. Patrick School Parents’ Guild during the fall season.
Pro-Life Communion Breakfast - A annual Communion Breakfast of education, prayer and support for the St. Patrick Pro-life Family.
Pro-Life March for Life - St. Patrick parishioners participate every year in the Washington D.C. March for Life.
Pro-Life Stand Up for Life - St. Patrick parishioners participte in the Huntington, NY Stand Up for Life event every October.
Retreats offered by our Parish - St. Patrick’s offers our parishioners a chance to participte in Annual Retreats for Spiritual Renewal and a deeper understanding of our Faith.
Youth Christmas Show - St. Patrick Youth presents a wonderful Christmas Show every Advent.
Youth Fashion Show - A Fashion Show fundraiser for St. Patrick youth.
