Confirmation

Students in our Religious Formation Program begin two-year period of preparation for Confirmation in Level 7. Confirmation takes place in the spring of the Level 8 year. St. Patrick School students prepare for confirmation during their religion classes in seventh and eighth grade. They also participate in events such as “Spirit Day” and special liturgies along with our Religious Formation Program students. Adults who have never received the Sacrament of Confirmation often prepare for the sacrament through our RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) program. For more information on RCIA, call the rectory at 631-265-2271 or email rcia@stpatricksmithtown.org.
