It would be hard to understate the importance of God’s Word or the importance of proclaiming it. That is the very important role of a dedicated group of people in our parish – our lectors. St. Patrick’s lectors proclaim the readings from Sacred Scripture (with the exception of the gospel), helping to bring the readings to life. At St. Patrick’s our adult lectors are assigned to each weekend Mass, with the exception of the Sunday 9:00 AM Mass which is covered by our youth lectors.
